Each investment by the pooled fund must be submitted to and approved by an investment committee made up of not less than three qualified independent persons. PARTEQ will appoint the members of the Investment Committee from time to time, and may appoint a different Investment Committee for each investment, having regard to the business and investment experience required for that particular investment. There will be no restriction on appointing Participants in the Fund or members of the Network as members of the Investment Committee from time to time. The Manager has reserved the right to pay a reasonable fee to the members of the Investment Committee.
Under no circumstances can PARTEQ make an investment from the pooled fund without the approval of the Investment Committee.
