Investment criteria

The pooled fund will invest in early-stage technology companies in the Kingston region.  The pooled fund will not be limited to any particular technology sector and the intent is to build a diversified portfolio.  Deals will be opportunity-driven. There will be no maximum size for any one investment, although no more than 20% of the pooled funds’ investment portfolio may be invested in any one investment opportunity.
