Purpose

The pooled fund is available for those investors who want to invest in early-stage university-derived start-up companies but do not have the experience or time to perform the diligence required on these investments.

The pooled fund will be managed by  PARTEQ Angel Network Fund Inc., a subsidiary of PARTEQ Innovations.   Investments from the pooled funds will be based on decisions made by an Investment Committee comprised of knowledgeable and sophisticated investors.  PARTEQ will present qualified investment opportunities, with suggested terms, to the Investment Committee for review.
