PARTEQ is pleased to manage the Atherton Entrepreneurship Award, which provides seed funding of up to $34,000 annually for a promising new entrepreneurial venture in science or engineering.

• Thesis topic award

Your thesis topic may be eligible for a first prize of $10,000 or a runner-up prize of $5,000 under The Natural Sciences and Engineering Council's Innovation Challenge Awards. These awards are targeted at Master's and PhD candidates in the natural sciences, computer sciences or engineering who can show that the subject of their thesis has commercial potential. All you have to do is contact PARTEQ. We'll review your proposal and select the two best to submit to NSERC.

Assessment - Our commercialization and patent teams assess your technology for commercial potential, including its eligibility for patent protection and its "fit" with the current marketplace.

Protection – Our registered patent agents determine the appropriate strategy for the protection of commercially viable technologies. They manage the lengthy process of application, prosecution and maintenance of your intellectual property portfolio, and keep you informed of progress along the way.

Commercialization – PARTEQ works with inventors to formulate and execute strategies for advancing your discoveries into the marketplace.
